HOW IS MY INTEREST RATE DETERMINED?
A number of things determine the interest rate charged on a loan. You don't have control over some things, such as the economy and market values. On the other hand, you you do have control over your credit reports. Have you seen your credit report lately?  Get your credit report online. Of course other factors such as the value of the property, amount borrowed, points and the number of years required to repay the loan all effect the interest rate.
